  After eight weeks of going around in circles with my troublesome SMEG dishwasher, just had it repaired promptly, expertly and for less than half the original quote by Mark from North Coast appliances. In the same call out, Mark then also fixed my outdoor fridge and educated me out of needing repair for my air conditioner... saved me a great deal of time and money due to honest and experienced service, would certainly recommend this business to family and friends. Delighted with today's outcome - what a relief to have it all done!

  I have had both my oven and refrigerator repaired by Mark. What can I say? Mark is courteous and on time (always telephoning to say he is on his way), very knowledgeable, honest and true to quote (even if a little extra tweaking is necessary) and performs the repairs in a swift and efficient manner. Whenever I have had occasion to phone the office, Maddie is always polite and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this family business.

  Called Monday morning as my Ariston Oven stopped on the weekend. They had someone out that morning and found the element had blown. The tech had the part in his van and replaced it on the spot. Quick, Professional & reasonable pricing. Thank you.

  Great company to deal with . Very prompt service and knowledgeable servicemen. Our oven Thermostat was ordered and replaced within a week. Well established company with a great reputation. Highly Recommended.

  Costly and disappointing overall. I expect "specialists" to be able to give me appropriate advice when an old appliance is involved, before spending $ 250.00 to then find out that essential parts are no longer available. They seem not in the least concerned that I have spent this money on an appliance that has exactly the same problem now as it did before I called them. Manager was totally defensive and not interested in coming to a compromise. I will definitely try elsewhere next time.
