    Customer service after delivery is absolutely appalling! Bought a $3800 couch, broke once within weeks, had to wait for weeks for them to look at it first, then repair it, now it is broken in two places! The lady (michelle) on the warranty section cannot think outside the box. When a customer is having issues, the idea is to help them, not give them the run around. It is not like i'm complaining randomly, we bought $23000 worth of furniture with them, i'm super worried if other things break, i would have to deal with their unhelpful service!

    Service was Ok once I requested help. But product was second rate. Spent hours putting together TV cabinet only to have draws not fit. All holes are pre-drilled and cannot be adjusted.

    Well priced, good service. Only headache is they don't deliver and that's an extra $80... But most furniture shops don't, so meh
