    Such a friendly and professional team at Kawana Auto Service. We were very pleased with our service and will be taking our car back there for future servicing and repairs.

    They were very thorough and were able to source parts (including a new radiator) quickly for us when we needed it. Their prices are really reasonable and they were happy to explain everything to us in detail.

    After doing a service, on our truck. Left radiator cap off truck blew up after 100kms. Towed it back they told us they would fix it through their insurance. They then told us it was our fault and sent the truck back to us with the motor in pieces. Leaving us with no truck and loosing business and money till we can fix it. Undeniably the most disgusting way to treat a customer DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC. We are now taking legal action against them.
