  Called in for the first time on the arvo of 28/10/16 and made a small purchase. Did not know where to find what I was looking for and 'Beth' was most helpful. It truly was "Service With A Smile" . Such a change from the giant Bunnings whose staff are most times walking away from you holding a 'busy' clipboard in one hand and phone in the other . I hate going there!

  NOT going again , rang to check if they had item & was told yes. So drove to store , then told they didn't have any. Person I spoke to was to lazy to check shelf(were out of stock) . This has happen to me once before. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS HARDWARE STORE(off to Bunning for good)

  Just Wanted To Drop A Line And Say How Most Of Us In Commerce Ave Appreciate The Constant Dirt In All Our Premises From This Business.. Thick Dirt All Down The Street From Their Soil Pits Located In Commerce Ave.. The Drains Blocked From Run Off With Soil Etc Etc Etc From Their Yard And Causing Decent Flooding In The Street During Heavy Rain.. I Guess Its Too Hard To Have A Street Sweeper Run Down The Road From Time To Time To Clean Up The Mess And Do Something With The Yard So We All Dont Need To Clean Up Dirt On Everything In Our Premises During Windy Days??
